Space Chris the Valley has been designed for very busy people. They hold large group classes which are evaluated by health physicians who decide which yoga therapy program would suit you the best.

It is the only place in Buenos Aires where classes are taught in English, Spanish, Italian and Sign Language. They provide Hatha yoga and Dynamic yoga besides specializing in teaching the Disabled People, (Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Attention Disorder Deficit, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Deaf, Blind and all sorts of handicapped people). They work to together with medical Center where each person receives care according to his/her pathology.

Everyone nowadays looks to Yoga for remedy of some rebellious physical maladies. All the treatments here foster a better health, youth, longevity, force and flexibility.

They offer yoga classes for the young babies, babies with their mom and dads, water yoga, Reiki healing, art therapy and meditation.
