The atmosphere of classic café showered with dim lights, piano music attracts the crowd. It opened up in 1938. This historic bookstore was declared as a cultural landmark by the city's legislature. It offers contemporary musical performances in the evenings, which require a cover charge of ARA15.

There are books, newspapers and magazines to browse while pampering in breakfast, lunch or dinner from an international menu. Cold weather is ideal for their Puchero (Spanish dish of vegetable, meat, chicken in broth). At midday the Menú Ejecutivo (fixed price meal) costs ARA7.

This is a classic and the modern cozy place, where it is possible to buy a good book, to eat with friends, to enjoy all the spectacles and exhibitions of art.
